Requesting a refund

Refund requests made before a course begins are returned less any administrative and materials costs already incurred. Where an individual course states its own window, that window applies.

Courses already under way

Once a course has begun, lessons already delivered and materials already dispatched are non-refundable; remaining lessons are refunded pro rata.

Pre-orders

A pre-order reservation is charged immediately. It is fully refundable until the start date is announced, and follows the general terms above afterwards.

Transfers

Where a timetable clash arises within the same term, you may transfer to another batch with seats available at no extra charge. Transferring to a different term is charged at the difference in price.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank typically takes 7–14 working days to post them.
